Take delight in Him and His great love.

It is so important to work with delight; it’s rather easy to work with a bad attitude, to grumble to complain. The scriptures tell us in Philippians 2:14-16, “Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life.”
This job, called Motherhood has its many challenges; it teaches unconditional love, compassion, selflessness, responsibility, duty, and obligations also, to have a heart of encouragement and perseverance when it gets extremely tough; the many tears and frustrations have all brought me to the heart of GOD. and His loving-kindness brings me to my knees. There is absolutely no way I could ever do anything apart from Christ. This is when we learn to abide in Him to make an effort to have quiet time with Him, to somehow- in the busyness of life and motherhood get away with Him, just like in the story of Mary and Martha and Mary had chosen the better thing because she sat at the feet of Jesus. The laundry, the dishes, and the to-do list can wait.
Trust me, I’m the least likely. the one who would rather do things all on my own, I’m the one who would love to be independent and self-sufficient. I’ve learned through the years, of God’s sweet grace and His unfailing love. His love is sweeter than honey. His word gives life, His word is transformational, and He offers us that same resurrection power that raised Christ from the dead fully human and fully God. We need His strength and the power of His might so that we can be victorious mothers all for His glory. May we live to bring Him glory, honor, and praise! May we worship Him in spirit and in truth.
May our joy be found in HIM and may we take delight in Him and His Word. Oh, He will lead us, no matter what obstacles we may face. It is simply asking for His guidance, His help, His infinite wisdom, His strength, and His love to fill the emptiness of a heart. Only then could we ever love our children, cheer them on, encourage, pray over them, and discipline them with love and grace. We may not always get it right, but we indeed do not have to stay there, in a place of self-pity and despair; we can call on the name of the LORD. Let us recognize how desperately we need Him.

Encouragement is found in Him, in His Word. Let us not be women looking for encouragement from the world because we surely will never get it there. let our encouragement come from the scriptures, the truth of His word, and His unfailing love. Our Identity is in Him; our joy is complete in Him, we are found and set free in Christ, and He calls us to freedom and fruitfulness. When eyes are fixed upon Him, our Victory is sure. Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). no matter what the circumstances are, we can have His joy and then Motherhood and everything else becomes a sweet song because HE is our sweet song in the night, a shelter from the storm, a hiding place; the secret place- hidden in the shadow of His wings. My hope is in Him.
She looks well to how things go in her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness.
