She is set apart as representing a standard of excellence.

The proverbs 31 woman is virtuous, she is a woman of strength, her inward character and personal virtues are absolutely beautiful and extraordinary. She is set apart as representing a standard of excellence to be admired and emulated. She is a mother and wife who is a helpful partner to her husbands leadership, she helps him to be more effective as she brings him and their family honor by her own deeds. Proverbs 31:23, Ruth 4:1-12.
She girds herself with strength and strengthens her arms
Proverbs 31:17
She is a woman to be honored. the heart of her husband trust in her, and he will have no lack gain. Proverbs 31:11. She’s trustworthy, steady, and always looking for ways to help him become both spiritually and materially productive. She is focused on being a source of good is his life, she is looking out to help him. I love this quote by Elyse Fitzpatrick;
"a wife who is reflecting God's helping character desires to sustain and uphold her husband; she strengthens, comforts, and seeks to protect him. Because of her love for the Lord and for her husband, she endeavors to dispel his fears by being trustworthy and gracious. She leans for strength upon her Lord so that she might share that strength with her husband. In her heart he finds shelter and protection from the world; he finds a companion who offers him what he really needs: help in his God-given calling."
The truth is we all fall short, we sin and make mistakes, if we are honest our hearts can be selfish. I still have a lot to learn. I do not always get things right in my walk with the Lord. But when I make a mistake my heart is repentant, I want to get it right and do things the Lord’s way. Whether your husband serves the Lord or not, the testimony of our lives submitted to the Lord, speaks volumes to them. We must trust God with the outcome. Serve the Lord and stay faithful in prayer, God can turn anything around. We must practice kindness and remove any bitterness not allowing any bitterness to develop. God is our helper. Psalms 54:4 says; “Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the sustainer of my soul”.
Isaiah 41:10, "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with my righteous right hand". How can you intercede for your husband with the rest of the family and most importantly with the Lord?

Let’s be women who are rooted in Christ and His solid Word. Let the bible be our guide, with our faith in Christ and Christ alone. Let’s be the bride of Christ who makes herself ready, for that glorious day when she meets her Lord, let her hear well done, my good and faithful servant. Let us fulfill the calling God has given us, one day at a time walking in His grace, His wisdom and being gracious with ourselves and others. Let’s live out biblical womanhood, by the way we live our lives.
Dear Lord, we are Your daughters of virtue and honor, forgive us of our sins, when we fall short help us to be the women of God you have called us to be. We freshly yield our lives to You. Make us a vessel that you can use for Your glory, help us to be aware of the needs around us. Keep our eyes fixed upon You. You call us to be Your bride. Help us to make ourselves ready for Your return. Help us to see ourselves the way You see us. Give us the strength we need to do Your good and perfect will. Thank You Lord for Your grace and kindness. Please give us hearts of repentance. We love You and we glorify You, We give You all the glory.
