As we come away from the patterns of this world and fix our gaze worshipfully on the LORD; He adorns us with His beauty, His glorious grace, and gentle, loving-kindness; it is a beauty that comes from shining through our lives whether we are on the high tops of a mountain or down low in the valley, in a prison cell or a palace, in the stormy seas of life or a calm peace that surpasses all understanding.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He is with us through the trials and the victories. He promises never to leave us or forsake us.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let us be women who reflect Jesus, who showcase the beauty of Christ.

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised (Proverbs 31:30).

So thankful we have free will, a choice to choose

So thankful we have free will, a choice to choose to obey the Word of God even if we do not feel like it. It is not hypocritical to admit the truth to God and say, LORD, I have no desire to do this but will You help me, will You change the desires of my heart. Only by His grace and the power of the Holy Spirit can we have Christlike character. He is worth it all, and all I can say is, no matter the cost, shape, mold, and transform me. Make me a soul-winner no matter the cost, and help me to love my husband and children even when they are unlovely; because how many times have I been unlovley? help me to be a woman who does not demand her own rights but lives to please the Lord, surrendered, a woman who bows in reverence to her LORD, and never stops praying for her husband and children, they are my ministry most precious to me.

We are not fighting for victory, but from victory, for Christ Jesus has already defeated satan.

Dear Lord, thank You for Your grace and all of You

Dear Lord, thank You for Your grace and all of Your goodness. Thank You for Your mercy and the truth of Your Word. Thank You that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, Your grace is sufficient, thank You that we are saved by grace, and You never give up on us. Give us willing hearts to obey Your every Word. Let our speech glorify You. Forgive me for the times my speech has been displeasing to You, set a guard over my mouth, help me to keep watch, help me to think before I speak, and please help me not to retaliate, You are my mighty defender, and You said Lord, vengeance is Yours. Help us to love You more and more and fill our hearts with the goodness of Your Word. We love you, and thank You.

I cannot get enough of God's Word; reading the Bible is life-giving; its substance gives direction, instructions, and encouragement and points one in the right direction, following God's path of righteousness, holiness, and godliness. God's ways are glorious and beautiful.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Oh, may we be rooted and grounded in His absolute truth.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Reading the book of Philippians points us to what really matters in all of life— the passionate pursuit of knowing Christ Jesus.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
May we be women who passionately pursue Him wholeheartedly devoted to Him.

The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold (Psalm 18:2).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For God alone my soul waits in silence; from Him comes my salvation. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my defense and my strong tower; I will not be shaken or disheartened (Psalm 62:1-2).

Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.
