To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.”
The LORD has many promises that He gives us, His word will never return void. His word will do all that it says; it will be accomplished in our lives, in his perfect timing. In heartache, in pain, in times of uncertainty; His word remains true, His steadfast love is secure we can rest in His unfailing love.
Our faith is growing, we are being refined in the process, He is making us steady in emotions, steady in every area of our lives. When we are broken, He mends all the broken pieces. He heals the brokenhearted. When we have ashes, and feel torn by the weight of hurt, disappointment, shattered dreams, discouraging thoughts, hopelessness, and weariness. He replaces all of that with His beauty, He crowns us with beauty.
No matter what we face, we can certainly keep our eyes on Jesus. He promises to give us a garment of praise instead of a spirit of heaviness. We can praise Him in the storm. Praise Him in the unknow, Praise Him is the uncertainty, praise Him in the middle of the battle, praise Him in times of loneliness, praise Him when your heart is hurting, praise Him in the midnight hour, praise Him when all hope feels lost, Praise Him with a song; with a dance by faith even if you do not feel like it and even if you do not want to. God already knows how you feel and He makes wrong things right. HE is glorious and HE will never, ever leave You. Fall into the arms of your Savior, cry out to Him, tell Him exactly how you feel.
You are not alone. You are adored, treasured, wanted by our Glorious King. You are a child of the Most High GOD; daughter of a KING. Give your heart to Jesus, He will care for your heart and heal every broken piece with His healing balm.
Dear LORD, thank You for Your steadfast love. Hold me tight and never let me go. Keep me in shadow of Your wing. Teach me how to get into the secret place with You, where I lay down all my fears, all my dreams, all my wants, desires, and aspirations. You are for me and not against me. You have a prefect plan for me and it is good. Lord, I trust You.
I will greatly rejoice in the LORD; my soul shall exult in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation; he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself like a priest with a beautiful headdress, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10
